The rooms were clean and neat, and the breakfast buffet was good. The bungalow had a beautiful exterior with well-maintained gardens. The staff were friendly and the water heating system was excellent. Location was easily accessible and close to the main road.
Everything was spot on.

The entire experience was nice. We were 2 miles from our favourite spot ooty lake. Will choose it for sure for next trip because of the proximity to Nirmala convent:)))

This place is the best we've stayed in; the staff is friendly, and it's just a 15-minute walk to Emerald Heights College.

The location was favorable for sightseeing, with easy access to popular attractions. Rooms were spacious and equipped with modern amenities. the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was served in a timely manner and had a decent range of options.
The service was subpar and lacked proper management. Wait times for service were extensive, and staff were not readily available.

Great location close to many tourist attractions and easy to get around. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The rooms were clean and spacious, providing us with a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a good variety, giving us a great start to our days. a pleasant experience and a great value for the price.
The check-in process was a bit slow, which delayed our plans for the day. The hotel could use some updates and refurbishing, as it felt a bit outdated.

Spent New Year at a quiet location with the best restaurant food I have ever tasted. Enjoyed the large and comfortable rooms, staff's cheerful disposition, and a good buffet breakfast with hot coffee as well. the hotel was also in a prime location with easy access to nearby tourist spots and safe parking for our vehicle.
The shower could have been cleaner and the roads to the hotel were a bit dark and difficult to navigate at night. It also would have been helpful for the hotel to have a backup plan for hot water in case of power fluctuations.

The rooms were spacious, neat, and equipped with all essential amenities. We were impressed with the recreational facilities like cycles, carom board, chess, and shuttlecock. The hotel staff was kind, courteous, and always eager to help. The hotel's location was perfect; it was far away from the main square but near all the famous attractions, including a golf course.
Nothing we didn't like to be fair.
